  • Mobile Apps: Go to Home → Click Profile Icon → Click Delete Account.
  • Email Request: Send an email to info@thefiveselements.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from your registered email address.
Data Deletion Timeline & Process
  • Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity for security purposes.
  • Your request will be processed within 30 days from verification.
  • All personal data associated with your account, including profile information, activity logs, and preferences, will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transactions, legal compliance).
  • If you have an active subscription, deletion may be delayed until the subscription period ends.
Exceptions to Data Deletion

Certain data may not be deleted immediately due to legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, including:

Third-Party Data Sharing

Reactivation After Deletion
  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
